We use the finest balsamic vinegar and fresh peaches to create a delicious caramelised balsamic. Serve with a delicious salad of fennel, pear, walnuts & persian feta or rocket, pear and parmesan cheese.
This caramelised peach balsamic will compliment many green dishes adding a touch of sweetness. I enjoy it with a salad of fresh spinach and roasted pumpkin, zucchini & red capsicum, sprinkled with feta and slivered almonds or pinenuts.
Because we have created a subtle fruit flavour, this balsamic lends itself to so many dishes.
Can also drizzle over asparagus, beans or brussel sprouts. It is great with dipping fresh sourdough and lemon olive oil, a unique but delicious treat.
