We use the finest balsamic vinegar and fresh raspberries to create a delicious caramelised balsamic.
Serve with a delicious salad of fennel, pear, walnuts & persian feta or rocket, pear and parmesan cheese.
This caramelised raspberry balsamic will compliment many green dishes adding a touch of sweetness. I enjoy it with a salad of fresh spinach, rocket and sweet potato and zucchini, sprinkled with feta and slivered almonds, pinenuts or walnuts.
Can also drizzle over asparagus, beans or brussel sprouts. It is great with dipping fresh sourdough and lemon olive oil, a unique but delicious treat.
Because we have created a subtle raspberry flavour, this balsamic lends itself well to so many dishes.
