Robinvale Estate’s Caramelised Raspberry Balsamic is a unique, gourmet balsamic glaze handmade right here at our estate in Robinvale. We are lucky to be surrounded by some of the finest berry farms right here in the Mildura-Robinvale area, allowing us to use only the best, freshest raspberries to make our Raspberry Balsamic.
The Caramelised Raspberry Balsamic has a deliciously sweet and fruity taste that pairs well with fruits and cheeses for a Spring or Summer grazing board. It is made by cooking down the finest balsamic vinegar with the freshest raspberries until the balsamic becomes thick, sweet, and fully infused with the flavours of raspberry.
Perfect drizzled over pears, walnuts, feta or parmesan cheese, this balsamic is for out-of-the-box thinkers. It adds layers of complexity that would not be achieved with a simple balsamic glaze.
Because of the sweet, tart nature of the raspberries, this balsamic is best used on foods that share the same flavour qualities. For that reason, we recommend pairing with fruits, fresh local cheeses, and fresh green salads. Consider using it as a glaze for a fruit salad!
