We use the finest balsamic vinegar and fresh blackberries to create a delicious caramelised balsamic.
This caramelised blackberry balsamic will compliment many green dishes adding a touch of sweetness. I enjoy it with a salad of fresh spinach and roasted pumpkin, zucchini & red capsicum, sprinkled with feta and roasted slivered almonds or pinenuts.
Delicious drizzled over asparagus, beans or brussel sprouts. It is great with dipping fresh sourdough and lemon olive oil, a unique but tasty treat.
Because we have create a subtle blackberry flavour, this balsamic lends itself to so many dishes.
