We use the finest balsamic vinegar and fresh figs to create a delicious caramelised balsamic.
Serve with a delicious salad of fennel, pear, walnuts & persian feta or rocket, pear and parmesan cheese.
This caramelised fig balsamic will compliment many green dishes adding a touch of sweetness. I enjoy it with a salad of fresh spinach and roasted pumpkin, zucchini & red capsicum, sprinkled with feta and slivered almonds or pinenuts.
Can also drizzle over asparagus, beans or brussel sprouts. It is great with dipping fresh sourdough and lemon olive oil, a unique but delicious treat.
