Our Late Harvest and Murray Gold varieties, whilst both being ‘extra virgin’, have separate distinctive flavours. The Late harvest product with its slight bitterness and moderate pungency, and the Murray Gold with its slightly stronger flavour, balanced bitterness, and fresh lifted palate.
